My Mooncake Creation 2006 (Part 1)

For this year Mooncake Festival, it will be all home-made. Used to buy from outside bakeries but not anymore as making your own is much much cheaper. I had started baking them two weeks ago. Last Friday, i had them distributed to relatives, friends and brought some to the office for my colleagues to sample.

For the snowskin mooncakes, I am using Mooncake's recipe. For the traditional mooncakes, I am using jthorge's recipe. As for the walnuts mooncakes, I am using Hugbear's recipe.
